Property blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and includes a notes section detailing various parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.
Further materials disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
